We accept medical insurance and most Medicaid providers. We will call your insurance for verification and find out co-payment amounts.

What do I need to do before therapy?

 

All intake forms need to be filled out before therapy can begin. Please visit the forms section of the website for all needed forms.

 

What care plan should I expect for my child?

The child will be evaluated first and then a plan of care established.

 

How long are sessions at Breeze Hill Therapy?

Therapy sessions are usually 30 or 60-minute sessions.

 

Where is Breeze Hill Therapy located?

We are located in northern Butler County.  This is a home-based business, therefore, the location will be given upon appointment confirmation.  
 

What ages do you accept as clients?

We accept children up to 20 years old.
